Wealth Management

The wealth is already in your database. It is not labelled.

Net-worth tier, income and the life events that move money, matched against the clients and leads you already hold — so a relationship manager's hour goes where the assets are rather than where the list happens to start.

What breaks

Advising people you cannot rank.

The scarce thing in this business is a senior hour, and it is spent in the order the list arrived.

Unsorted

The book is ordered by who walked in

Everyone is a row. The client who could move a portfolio sits below the one who opened an account with a token amount, because nothing in the record separates them.

Proxy

Pincode is standing in for affluence

Targeting the right neighbourhood is a guess about a group. It buys reach among people who live near money rather than people who have it, and the campaign pays for both.

Late

The liquidity event happened elsewhere

A business sold, a stake vested, a property changed hands. Somebody had that conversation within the month. If the trigger never reached your desk, it was not going to be you.

What changes

The senior hour, spent where the assets are.

Each of these starts from a record you already own and ends with a name worth a phone call today.

the names worth a senior hour

The top tier is already in your book

No new leads, no new spend. The same clients and enquiries, separated by affluence tier, so the list a relationship manager works starts at the top instead of the beginning.

matching the identifier… classifying affluence… tier, income and holdings profile

A name becomes a wealth picture

One identifier returns the tier, the income band and what the person does for a living. Enough to decide, before the first meeting, whether this is a call or an email.

  3. RD R. Desai director · 8 yrs exited · 2 mo ago call today
    tier moved up liquidity event

    The moment money moves

A company sold, a role changed, a property bought. These are the weeks when someone decides who manages the next chapter, and the only advantage available is being early.

same budget, a third of the audience

    Affluence, not the pincode proxy

An address says where somebody lives. A tier says what they can put to work. Swapping one for the other cuts the audience and raises what every impression is worth.

  5. AI A. Iyerclient, 4 yrs tier change…

AIMKSR 3 ready for the private desk

A tier change is a conversation

Clients do not tell you when they cross a threshold. Watching the base for the move means the upgrade offer arrives from you first, which is also the cheapest retention there is.

Acquisition aimed at people who can invest

Enriched segments and lookalikes built from the clients you already value, so the money spent finding the next one is not spread across everybody who clicked.

What powers it

The profile, on the record the RM opens.

The same profile, delivered either to your own systems or into the CRM the desk already works in.

Security and compliance

Discretion is part of the product.

Matching runs on hashed identifiers, so a client list can be scored without the raw file leaving your side. Purpose, scope and retention are agreed before the first record moves, and every attribute traces to where it came from.

FAQs

What a wealth desk
asks first

Do you know what someone's portfolio is worth?

No. Nobody outside their bank does, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing with more confidence. What you get is a classified tier built from observable signals — profession, seniority, income band, financial health, assets that are a matter of record. It is a ranking instrument, not a statement of balance, and it is accurate enough to decide who gets the hour.

Which attributes are India-only?

Income band, credit health and existing obligations are India coverage. Demographics, profession and seniority run globally on the same 1B+ person graph, so the professional half of the picture works wherever your clients are. Consumer Intelligence lists what each package contains.

Our client list cannot leave our systems.

It does not have to. Matching runs on hashed identifiers, and scope, purpose and retention are written into the agreement before anything moves. The Trust Centre carries the detail a compliance review will ask for.

How quickly does a life event show up?

The graph is monitored rather than snapshotted, and over a million changes are observed and reconciled into it. A role change or an exit updates the record as it is seen rather than at the next quarterly file, which is the only way an early conversation is possible at all.

Can we use this for prospecting as well as for our own base?

Yes, and most desks start with the base because the answer arrives faster and costs nothing in media. Once the profile of a client worth having is clear, the same attributes build the segments and lookalikes you buy against.

Start with the base

Find the top tier in your own book.

Send a sample of the clients you already have. We will hand it back classified, and you can check the top of that list against the names your desk already knew about.
