Recruiting Platforms

Your users find candidates who are actually looking.

Declared in-market intent, developer activity, and a person graph that refreshes itself — so your product surfaces candidates worth contacting, and the records behind them do not rot between releases.

What breaks

Where candidate data lets a product down.

None of them show up in a demo. All of them show up in a renewal conversation, and the first one is the whole game.

"They left eight months ago"

Your user writes to a person who is no longer there, in front of a client. The record was right when it was captured and nobody re-checked it since.

"Nobody is replying"

About one in five people in any candidate database is actually looking at a given moment. The other four were reachable and were never going to answer, and no amount of better outreach copy fixes that.

"The good engineers never come up"

A strong technical candidate is legible through what they have built. If your index only holds a headline they last edited three years ago, your users never see them.

What you can ship

What your users notice, release by release.

Each of these is something a recruiter feels in their week, not a field in a response.

1.5M people/mo declare they are in market

    Replies, not sends

Knowing which one in five is looking lifts response rates around fivefold. Roughly 1.5M people a month tell a staffing partner they are in market, so your users write to those people instead of to everyone.

scanning record…updating record…record updated · title, company, status

Their next placement is already in their database

An ATS is full of people who were nearly right two years ago. Re-check the record and you learn who moved, who is now senior enough, and who is looking — placements out of data your user already paid for.

    The moment a placement moves

Someone your user placed changes job. That is a candidate back on the market and an open req at the company they left, and it happens whether or not anyone is watching for it.

New business, not just new candidates

Agencies live on winning the client. Companies that just raised, or just started hiring for a function, are a pitch list — and the decision makers to pitch come with it.

✓ feasible — answered before signing

Manpower plans checked against real supply

Headcount targets and staffing SLAs get committed before anyone confirms the people exist. Your users size a role by function, seniority and city, see how much of that pool is in market, and answer before the contract is signed rather than after it.

What powers it

Start with the complaint your users make most.

Each of these answers a different one, and most platforms add the next when a user asks. The company-side products are how agencies win the client rather than just the candidate.

Security and compliance

Your candidates stay yours.

We resolve and validate our own graph rather than reselling someone else's, which is why a field can be traced to where it came from. Matching runs on hashed identifiers, so a candidate list can be enriched without the raw contact details leaving your side.

FAQs

Recruiting questions,
answered

What makes an active job seeker different from a job change?

Direction. A job change tells you what already happened; being in market tells you what someone intends to do next. Ours comes from partnerships with staffing firms where the person said so, rather than from a public badge or an inference. It is also a state that expires, which is why the freshness matters more than the volume.

Can we white-label this inside our product?

Yes. Most recruiting platforms on the graph ship it as their own feature, and nothing in the data carries our name. What we ask is that you do not resell the raw records onward as a data product of their own — talk to us if that is the model you have in mind, because there is a way to do it.

Which geographies does the in-market signal cover?

The US and India today. The wider person graph is global, so search, enrichment and the dataset work everywhere we hold people — it is specifically the declared in-market signal that is those two markets.

How do you stop our candidate records going stale?

Re-enrich on a cadence you choose, or take the whole segment as a file and top it up through the APIs as records change. 350M+ profiles refresh every month, so the correction is already happening on our side; the decision is how often you want to pull it.

Is this resold from another provider?

No. We resolve and validate our own graph across 18+ data sources and reconcile them into one record. That is why a field can be traced to where it came from and scored for confidence, and why we can fix something when you tell us it is wrong.
